Billing & Plans is where you manage your LotWize subscription. Upgrade or downgrade plans, add communities to your license, review invoices, and update payment methods.

Who It's For

Property Management Companies using LotWize to manage HOA portfolios.

How to Use It

Step 1: View Your Current Plan

Click "Billing & Plans" in the sidebar. You will see your active plan, the number of communities included, and your next billing date.

Step 2: Change Your Plan

Click "Change Plan" to upgrade for more communities or features, or downgrade if your portfolio shrinks. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless you choose immediate upgrade.

Step 3: Manage Payment and Invoices

Add or update your credit card or bank account. View and download past invoices for your records. Set up auto-pay so you never miss a bill.

Common Issues

Q: What happens if I add more communities than my plan allows? A: You will get a warning and a grace period to upgrade. If you do not upgrade, the extra communities go into read-only mode until you do.

Q: Can I get a refund if I downgrade mid-cycle? A: Downgrades apply at the next cycle. No partial refunds, but you keep full access until the cycle ends.

Pro Tips

  • Review your plan quarterly. If your portfolio grew, upgrading early can unlock features that save you money.
  • Download invoices monthly for your accounting team.
