You earn 20% of each referred customer's monthly subscription. On a $79/month plan that's $15.80/month per HOA — recurring, for life. Refer 10 HOAs and you're earning ~$158/month passively.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out via Stripe. You'll need to connect a bank account or debit card in your affiliate dashboard. Minimum payout balance is $25.
How long does the referral cookie last?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up anytime within 30 days, the conversion is credited to you — even if they don't subscribe immediately.
What counts as a conversion?
A conversion is when someone you referred starts a paid LotWize subscription. Free trials don't count until they convert to paid.
Can I refer property management companies?
Yes — PMC plans are included. PMC commissions are based on the total monthly invoice, so larger portfolios mean larger commissions for you.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
