Marketplace connects you with service providers who specialize in HOA work. Find landscapers, accountants, attorneys, and maintenance crews. Send intro requests and compare vendors without leaving LotWize.

Who It's For

Property Management Companies using LotWize to manage HOA portfolios.

How to Use It

Click "Marketplace" in the sidebar. Browse by service type or search by name, location, or rating. Each vendor profile shows services, coverage area, and customer ratings.

Step 2: Send an Intro Request

Found a vendor you want to meet? Click "Request Intro." Fill in your community, what you need, and your budget range. The vendor gets your request and replies within the system.

Step 3: Compare and Decide

When you have multiple responses, use the Compare view to see them side by side. Check ratings, response speed, and estimated cost. Pick the best fit and start the contract.

Common Issues

Q: Are Marketplace vendors vetted by LotWize? A: All vendors are verified for licensing and insurance, but ratings come from real PMC users like you. Read reviews before deciding.

Q: Is there a fee for using Marketplace? A: No. Intro requests are free. Some premium features, like detailed vendor background checks, may be part of higher-tier plans.

  • Rate every vendor you work with. It helps the whole LotWize network make better choices.
  • Save your favorite vendors to a "Preferred Partners" list for fast access later.
