White-Label
What It Does
White-Label lets you brand LotWize as your own. Add your PMC logo, colors, and domain so residents and board members see your brand, not ours.
Who It's For
Property Management Companies using LotWize to manage HOA portfolios.
How to Use It
Step 1: Open White-Label Settings
Click "White-Label" in the sidebar. You will see options for logo, colors, domain, and email sender name.
Step 2: Upload Your Branding
Upload your PMC logo in PNG or SVG format. Pick your primary and secondary colors using the color picker or enter hex codes. Preview the look in real time.
Step 3: Set Your Domain and Sender
Enter your custom domain (like portal.yourpmc.com) and follow the DNS setup guide. Set the "From" name for emails so residents see messages from your company, not LotWize.
Common Issues
Q: My custom domain is not working. A: DNS changes take time — usually a few hours, sometimes up to 48. Check the DNS setup guide and verify your records with your domain provider.
Q: Can each community have different branding? A: Not yet. White-Label applies to your whole PMC account. All communities under your account share the same branding.
Pro Tips
- Use a high-resolution logo so it looks crisp on retina screens.
- Test your branded emails by sending yourself a broadcast before going live.
