What It Does
The Reports feature generates board-ready financial and operational reports in seconds. From AR aging to budget variance, you get clean, professional documents for meetings, audits, and resident transparency.
Who It's For
Board members of HOA/condo communities.
How to Use It
Step 1: Choose a Report Type
Go to Board Portal → Reports and select from: AR Aging, Assessment Roll, Balance Sheet, Budget Report, Delinquency Report, or Income vs. Expense.
Step 2: Set Date Range and Filters
Pick your reporting period and apply filters like "All Units" or "Delinquent Only." Most reports default to the current fiscal year.
Step 3: Generate and Share
Click "Generate" to preview. Download as PDF for meetings or export as CSV for deeper analysis. You can also email reports directly to the board from here.
Common Issues
Q: The numbers do not match my bank statement. A: Reports pull from synced bank data and recorded transactions. If there is a mismatch, check for uncleared items or manual entries that have not been categorized yet.
Q: Can I create a custom report? A: Yes. Use the "Custom Report" builder to select your own fields, filters, and groupings. Save templates so you do not rebuild them every month.
Pro Tips
- Schedule automatic monthly reports to be emailed to the board on the first of each month. Consistency builds financial discipline.
- Share the "Budget vs. Actual" report at annual meetings. Residents respect boards that show where their money goes.
