What It Does
The Amenities feature lets board members manage community amenities like pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, and gyms. You can set booking rules, control availability, and track who is using what — all in one place.
Who It's For
Board members of HOA/condo communities.
How to Use It
Step 1: Add Your Amenities
Go to Board Portal → Amenities and click "Add Amenity." Enter the name, description, location, and upload a photo so residents know what they are booking.
Step 2: Set Booking Rules
For each amenity, set hours of operation, max booking length, how far ahead residents can book, and any fees. You can also block off dates for maintenance.
Step 3: Manage Bookings
View the calendar to see upcoming reservations. You can cancel bookings if needed, and the resident gets notified automatically.
Common Issues
Q: A resident double-booked by accident. Can I cancel one? A: Yes. Find the booking in the calendar, click it, and select "Cancel." The resident will receive an email with your reason.
Q: Can I restrict an amenity to certain members only? A: Yes. When editing the amenity, use the "Restricted to Groups" option to limit access.
Pro Tips
- Set a cleanup buffer between bookings (e.g., 30 minutes for the clubhouse) so one group does not walk into another.
- Use the "Maintenance Block" feature before scheduling repairs — residents will see it as unavailable instead of confused why their booking was rejected.
