Make a CSV or Excel file with clear column headers like "First Name," "Last Name," "Email," "Unit Number," and "Dues Amount." Each row should be one member or record.
Go to "Import" in the sidebar and pick what you are importing: members, vendors, or financial data. Drag your file onto the upload area or click to browse.
LotWize shows your column headers and asks you to match them to LotWize fields. For example, map your "Email" column to the LotWize "Email" field. When everything is mapped, click "Import."
Q: Some rows failed to import. Why? A: Check the error report. Common problems are duplicate emails, missing required fields, or wrong date formats. Fix the spreadsheet and re-upload just the failed rows.
Q: Can I undo an import? A: Yes, for 24 hours. Go to Import History and click "Revert" if you made a mistake.
