The PMC Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire portfolio. See all your communities, key performance numbers, and community health scores in one place. It helps you spot problems early and celebrate wins across your properties.

Who It's For

Property Management Companies using LotWize to manage HOA portfolios.

How to Use It

Step 1: Log In to the PMC Portal

Go to /pmc/ and sign in with your PMC credentials. The Dashboard loads automatically as your home screen.

Step 2: Review Your Portfolio Summary

Look at the top cards showing total communities, total members, open violations, and pending dues. These numbers update in real time.

Step 3: Check Community Health Scores

Scroll down to see each community's health score. Green means good, yellow means watch it, and red means action needed. Click any community to dig deeper.

Common Issues

Q: Why is my community health score low? A: Health scores look at open violations, late dues, unanswered messages, and staff response times. Fix the red items and the score will climb.

Q: Can I customize what I see on the Dashboard? A: Yes. Click the gear icon in the top right to choose which metrics show up front.

Pro Tips

  • Check the Dashboard every morning — it takes 30 seconds and tells you where to focus first.
  • Use the date filter to compare this month to last month and spot trends.
