The Profile feature lets you manage your personal information, household members, vehicles, pets, and notification preferences. Keeping this up to date helps the board and property manager reach you when needed.

Who It's For

All homeowners and renters who use the LotWize portal.

How to Use It

Step 1: Go to Your Profile Page

Log in to your homeowner portal and click Profile in the sidebar. You will see your basic info, household details, and preferences.

Step 2: Update Your Info

Click the Edit button to change your name, phone number, email, or mailing address. Save your changes so the board has your current contact details.

Step 3: Add Household Members, Vehicles, and Pets

Use the sections below your basic info to add:

  • Household members — Names and contact info for people living at your address.
  • Vehicles — License plates and descriptions for parking records.
  • Pets — Pet names, types, and any registration info your community requires.

Step 4: Set Notification Preferences

Choose how you want to hear from your community: email, SMS, or push notifications. You can turn each type on or off based on what matters to you.

Common Issues

Q: Why does my profile show the wrong property? A: Contact your board or property manager. They can link your account to the correct property in the system.

Q: Can I change my email address? A: Yes. Edit your profile and update the email field. You may need to verify the new email before it becomes active.

Q: Do I have to add my vehicles and pets? A: Some communities require it for parking and pet rules. Check your bylaws or ask your board.
