What It Does

The Amenities feature lets you browse and reserve community spaces like pools, gyms, clubhouses, and parks. You can see what is available, check operating hours, and book a time slot that works for you.

Who It's For

Homeowners and renters in HOA or condo communities that use LotWize to manage shared spaces.

How to Use It

Step 1: Navigate to the Amenities Page

Log in to your homeowner portal and click Amenities in the sidebar menu. You will see all shared spaces your board has set up.

Step 2: Browse and Pick an Amenity

Each amenity card shows the name, type (pool, gym, park, etc.), operating hours, max capacity, and cost per hour. Some are free. Click the Reserve button on the one you want.

Step 3: Pick Your Time and Confirm

Choose your date and time slot. Enter how many guests you plan to bring. Review any hourly fees, then confirm your reservation. You will see it listed under My Reservations.

Common Issues

Q: Why can't I see any amenities? A: Your HOA board may not have added any amenities yet. Contact your board to ask them to set this up.

Q: Can I cancel a reservation? A: Yes. Go to My Reservations, find the booking, and cancel it if your community rules allow cancellations.

Q: Why does it say the amenity is full? A: The amenity has reached its max capacity for that time slot. Try a different time.

• Book popular amenities early in the month — weekends fill up fast.
• Check your reservation details before you go so you know the exact time and guest limit.
