The Chat feature is your AI assistant for community questions. You can ask about HOA rules, due dates, amenity hours, or how to use any part of the portal. The assistant gives instant answers based on your community info.

Who It's For

Any homeowner or renter who wants quick answers without calling the board or property manager.

How to Use It

Step 1: Open the Chat Widget

Click the chat icon at the bottom corner of your portal screen. The chat panel slides open.

Step 2: Ask Your Question

Type your question in plain English. For example:

  • "When are my HOA dues due?"
  • "How do I book the pool?"
  • "What is the guest policy for the gym?"
  • "How do I submit a violation appeal?"

Step 3: Read the Answer and Follow Up

The assistant replies right away. If you need more detail, ask a follow-up question in the same thread. The chat keeps your conversation history so you can scroll back.

Common Issues

Q: The chat gave me the wrong answer. What do I do? A: Try rephrasing your question with more detail. If the answer is still wrong, contact your board or property manager directly.

Q: Is my chat history private? A: Yes. Your chat history is only visible to you and the community managers who may review conversations for quality.

Q: Can the chat help with payment problems? A: It can guide you through the payment steps. For billing disputes or failed charges, contact your board or property manager.
