What It Does

The Documents feature gives you access to community files shared by your board. This includes bylaws, meeting minutes, financial reports, and other important community records.

Who It's For

All homeowners and renters who want to stay informed about community rules and decisions.

How to Use It

Step 1: Go to the Documents Page

Log in to your homeowner portal and click Documents in the sidebar. You will see a list of all files your board has shared.

Documents are grouped by category, such as Bylaws, Minutes, or Financials. Click any document name to open or download it. The file size and upload date are shown so you know which version is current.

Step 3: Download for Your Records

Click the download link to save a copy to your device. This is useful if you want to print bylaws or keep meeting minutes for your records.

Common Issues

Q: Why are there no documents? A: Your board may not have uploaded any yet. Reach out to your board or property manager to ask them to share community files.

Q: Can I upload my own documents? A: No. Only board members and property managers can upload files. This keeps the document library official and accurate.

Q: Is there a size limit for downloads? A: Most files are small PDFs. If you have trouble with a large file, try downloading on Wi-Fi or contact support.

Pro Tips

  • Download the bylaws and keep them on your phone so you can check rules quickly.
  • Review the latest financial report before board meetings so you can ask informed questions.
  • Meetings — Documents often include meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Architectural Review — Read bylaws before submitting exterior change requests.
