What It Does

The Meetings feature lets you view upcoming community meetings, read agendas, check minutes from past meetings, and RSVP so the board knows who plans to attend.

All homeowners and renters who want to stay involved in community decisions.

How to Use It

Step 1: Go to the Meetings Page

Log in to your homeowner portal and click Meetings in the sidebar. You will see a list of upcoming and past meetings.

Step 2: View Meeting Details

Click on any meeting to see the full details: date, time, location, agenda items, and any attached documents. You can also read summary notes after the meeting has ended.

Step 3: RSVP

For upcoming meetings, click the RSVP buttons to let the board know if you will attend in person, virtually, or not at all. This helps the board plan seating and tech setup.

Common Issues

Q: Can I attend meetings remotely? A: If your board sets up a virtual meeting, the link will appear on the meeting detail page. RSVP as "Virtual" to receive the link.

Q: Where are the meeting minutes? A: Minutes are posted after the meeting has ended. Check the Past Meetings section or the meeting detail page.

Q: I do not see any meetings listed. Why? A: Your board may not have scheduled any yet. Contact your board or property manager to ask about the next meeting date.

Pro Tips

  • RSVP early so the board has an accurate headcount.
  • Review the agenda before the meeting so you know which topics will be discussed.
  • Documents — Meeting minutes and agendas are stored there too.
  • Voting — Some meetings include votes you can cast online ahead of time.
