What It Does
The Payments feature lets you pay your HOA dues and special assessments online, view your payment history, download billing statements, and set up autopay so you never miss a due date.
Who It's For
Property owners. Renters do not see payment info because billing is tied to the property, not the tenant. If you are a renter with questions, contact your landlord or the board.
How to Use It
Step 1: Go to the Payments Page
Log in to your homeowner portal and click Payments in the sidebar. You will see your current assessment, payment history, and autopay status.
Step 2: Make a Payment
Under Current Assessment, review the amount due and the due date. Click Pay Now to open a secure checkout. You can pay with a credit or debit card through Stripe. Once paid, you will see a confirmation and the status will update.
Step 3: Set Up Autopay
Click the Enroll in Autopay button to save your card on file. Your card will be charged automatically on the due date each period. You can turn autopay off anytime.
Step 4: View History and Statements
Scroll down to see your full payment history with dates, amounts, and status. You can also view and download billing statements.
Common Issues
Q: Why is there a convenience fee? A: If your HOA uses the Hybrid Plan, a small convenience fee is added to online payments. Your HOA still receives the full assessment amount.
Q: What are special assessments? A: These are one-time charges for projects like roof repairs or road resurfacing. They appear under Special Assessments Due with their own due dates.
Q: My payment failed. What do I do? A: Check that your card has enough funds and is not expired. Try again or use a different card. If the problem continues, contact your bank or support.
Q: Can I pay by check or cash? A: The portal only accepts online card payments. For offline payments, contact your board or property manager directly.
