Intelligence uses AI to find patterns in your portfolio data. Get predictions for seasonal trends, vendor performance tips, and best practices customized to your communities.

How to Use It

Step 1: Open the Intelligence Panel

Click "Intelligence" in the sidebar. The system analyzes your portfolio and surfaces insights automatically.

Step 2: Read Your Insights

Insights are grouped by topic: financial predictions, maintenance trends, vendor recommendations, and community health warnings. Each insight shows the data behind it.

Step 3: Take Action

Click any insight to see the recommended action. Some actions are automatic, like scheduling a reminder. Others need your approval, like sending a warning to a board about a predicted shortfall.

Common Issues

Q: How accurate are the predictions? A: Predictions get better as your community collects more data. New communities may have fewer insights until they build a history.

Q: Can I turn off certain types of insights? A: Yes. Go to Intelligence Settings and toggle off topics you do not want to see.

Pro Tips

• Read the Intelligence summary weekly — it takes two minutes and spots problems before they grow.
• Share predictions with boards at budget time. It makes your financial planning stronger.
