Board members and PMC staff who manage member access and onboarding.
A new invitation email is sent immediately. The old link no longer works.
The new email comes from LotWize with the subject "You're invited to join [Community Name] on LotWize." Ask the recipient to check their inbox and spam folder. They should click the new link and set up their password.
Q: The resend button is grayed out. A: You can only resend invites that are still pending or have expired. If someone already accepted their invite, the button will be disabled. If they forgot their password, use the password reset flow instead.
Q: Can I resend an invite to a different email address? A: No — resend sends to the same email. If the address was wrong, delete the old invite and create a new one with the correct email.
Q: How many times can I resend an invite? A: There is no hard limit, but each resend invalidates the previous link. If you have resended more than three times, check that the email address is correct and that the recipient's inbox is not full.
